Eagle Hill School is a private school in Greenwich, Connecticut for children with learning disabilities. The School’s intensive therapeutic teaching environment makes the requirement for faculty much greater than normal. With a student to teacher ratio of three to one and an enrollment of roughly two hundred there are around seventy teachers on staff. The Town of Greenwich has many wonderful amenities; affordable housing is not one of them. Because of the difficulties of commuting for faculty, the school built these ten houses to offer key faculty an affordable lifestyle.
