The first project completed for JLL in 1994 developed a working parti they wanted to continue in their new full floor occupancy at 450 Lexington. The partners are placed at the perimeter with french doors and sidelights as the office front to permit light and visibility while maintaing a senese of enclosure. The teams are centrally clustered between the offices to encourage communication. The ceiling height offered the opportunity to use lay lights instead of the usual acoustic ceiling.

The full floor provides ample space for the conference center located directly off the reception area. The new larger pantry and lunchroom provide unparalleled views of New York City.
